Payment Information
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Perfumax will
attempt to secure authorization on your credit card as your order
being processed. If we receive verification of sufficient funds,
your order will be completed and transferred securely to Perfumax.
Perfumax will charge your account upon shipment of your order.
When you place
your order online, you will be presented with the price of the merchandise
as well as the delivery charge. In addition to these costs, you
will be charged 8.375% sales tax if your order is being delivered
in New York. Immediately following submission of your order, you
will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This message will
include an itemized list of the charges as well as an order number.
If you chose to have your order shipped via UPS you will be able
to track your order using that order number at our tracking
page.
Shipping
Information and Charges
All
order with a physical address are shipped by UPS Ground service.
Orders that you would like shipped to a PO Box, or to an area not
serviced by UPS, will be shipped via insured mail.
Shipping and
handling charges are $6.95 for Ups per address and 8.50 for Usps.
For express
shipping please contact customer service for the cost. Please make
sure to note the type of shipping service you would like, your zip
code and the amount of items that you would like to have shipped.

Sales
Tax
The state law requires that we collect 8.375% sales tax on all orders
that are shipped to New York State.
Return and
Exchanges
Merchandise
purchased from Perfumax may be returned or exchanged within 30 days
of purchase as long as the merchandise its original package and
in resellable condition. For product returns, refunds are issued
in the same tender as the original purchase.
